PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: Variables passed with ENCTYPE='multipart/form-data' not visible
The bug is that if I use
ENCTYPE='multipart/form-data'
for a form (instead of a default), field names will not be
available as variables from the PHP in the ACTION= script.
When I unzip previous version, it works OK.
