PHP version: 4.0 Beta 3
PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: the include_path in the php.ini doesn't work
Php works well in version 3.11 for windows, but when I migrate to php4 vers. 2 or vers 3 the
include_path didn't work.
