Bug description: memlimit doesn't appear to work
I have memory limit set to 4MB in php.ini, and phpinfo() reports the limit in place... however,
it's still possible for scripts to use a LOT more than 4mb -- my Apache processes will use up
to 506 MEGS of memory before the entire machine comes down.
This is almost always on mysql query results; but I can load up an array (using a for() loop) and
use the memory as well.
