Bug description: Warning in gdttf.c
gdttf.c:168: warning: static declaration for `gdImageColorResolve' follows non-static
gdImageColorResolve probably should be enclosed in
#ifndef HAVE_GDIMAGECOLORRESOLVE
#endif
as it is in gd.c
Same goes for php3 (current CVS) !
