mail function question

Hi~ there. I use mail() to send mail to our members. I wanna add link to mail. example : <? $message = "<a href=www.foo.com>click here</a>" ; mail("tosomebody", "some title", $message) ; ?> but I saw <a href=www.foo.com>click here</a> in mail I wanna that if someone click "click here", let him go www.foo.com.
