Bug description: DSO-related error messages won't show up
If there are errors when trying to load PHP as .so module with Apache 1.3.9, error messages
won't show up neither on stdout nor in the httpd's error log. Changing all php_error()
calls in ext/standard/dl.c to a print() reveals the problems.
