Expat is included in Apache-1.3.9 and integrates easily. If you use the
current PHP3 CVS version you don't need to do anything. Just add
"--with-xml" to your PHP configure line when compiling against an
Apache-1.3.9 installation and it will figure everything out.
And no, so far no plans to support Xerces.
