mmm... what's happening...
running apache with -X and a config file with 880 as default port
(so i don't have to kill my default apache)
/usr/local/sbin/apache -X -f /www/conf/apache2.conf
it works fine again..
the same command but with a different config file for apache brake sessions:
/usr/local/sbin/apache -X -f /www/conf/apache.conf
the main difference between the 2 config files is that apache.conf contains
directives
for about 15 virtual hosts, while the apache2.conf contains only 1 virtual
host.
i tryed to run
truss /usr/local/sbin/apache -X -f /www/conf/apache.conf 2>/logfile.txt
but it wrote 98K of log... and it doesn't write anything about my script..
The last lines are about the creation of the pid file:
newkid [root] /> tail logfile.log.3
syscall sigaction(0x3,0xefbfdaac,0xefbfdaa0)
returns 0 (0x0)
syscall sigaction(0xf,0xefbfdaa4,0xefbfda98)
returns 0 (0x0)
syscall getpid()
returns 780 (0x30c)
syscall open("/var/run/apache.lock.780",1,0600)
returns 55 (0x37)
syscall geteuid()
returns 0 (0x0)
