PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: Apache can't start
Apache say: can't load libphp4.so into server
libphp4.so: undefined symbol php_localtime_r
configuration line:
--with-apxs=..... --with-mysql --enable-track-vars --disbale-debug
