The build builds libphp4.so fine.
However, it fails to create libphp4.a, when I then do a make install,
cp tries to copy libphp4.a to libmodphp4.a in the apache directory, and
gives an error message (no such file or directory)
Needless to say, the missing libmodphp4.a causes the Apache compilation
to fail
From the make warning it seems that the problem is caused by me only
having libbind.a and not libbind.so on my machine.. Last time I checked,
bind didnt make a shared library, so I think that this will happen to
many people
