I just got this for the second time.
Is it in answer to my latest update when I reopened the bug
Zeev closed in category: Misbehaving function (nothing was
misbehaving as explained below) ?
I was trying to shift it to "Feature Request" for a kusort()
function. But in the database I see it is still in "Misbehaving
function" and the message below does not address the kusort() issue.
Is category changing not allowed with the database tracker ?
Should I open another entry for that ? Is the request already
rejected ?
I'm confused,

PS: Please send an email copy to any answer, as I'm not subscribed to
php-dev, just replying.
PPS: Oh, and whatever happens to this issue, I'd just take the occasion
to say that I think you developpers have been doing an incredible
job on PHP3.
