Bug description: Installation of PHP4b3 causes continuous reboots
Installing php4b3 as per the readme causes my server to crash on boot (gets as far as starting up a
few services then does a reboot) in a seemingly endless loop. The only way to stop this was to log

(it was necessary to reboot as the proxy service ran out of control) caused the following:
The system reverted to its last known good configuration. The system is restarting.
This message was repeated after removing php too.
