link problems with php3_snmp library

I'm trying to create a little program for debug the library php3_snmp.dll. I'm developping the program in Visual C++ 6.0 and I call, for test, the funtion 'php3_snmpget' with all NULL parameters. But when I link my program I have an error: unresolved external symbol "void __cdecl php3_snmpget(...)"
