PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: Cursor memory not freed
Within a database (oracle) access quite some cursors get opened by my program and closed when not
needed anymore, but PHP doesn't clear the memory and php.exe runs out of that. Dr. Watson pops
up for the crash.
