PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: session.auto_start behaves erroneously
When using session.auto_start=1 on php.ini each page called starts a new session with a new file,
but it should create just one file, for the first time the client access a page in that site, or
when you destroy a session.
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-mysql=/usr --enable-track-vars
--enable-magic-quotes --disable-debug --disable-libtool-lock --without-ndbm --disable-inline
