Updates to apidoc-zend.txt?

In reading "apidoc-zend.txt", I noticed there are few things missing. I
would add them, but I don't /REALLY/ know what they are:
The 2nd para. to "Thread Safety Issues" defines CG, EG, and AG. What about
SG and PG? Are there any others?
php4_read and php4_write are mentioned towards the beginning of the
document. Are these still named that way?
