I'm not ignoring your message, this is just taking more time than I
wanted...
I immediately put up a new httpd with the latest CVS, but one user suddenly
had strange problems using PHP, so I switched back to the previous version
(CVS 19991206). I'll make a new go at it soon.
The other strange thing is that the server used to segfault some 10
times/24h, but has suddenly begun to be more stable, without any changes in
the setup. What we "know" so far is that the segfaults weren't stopped by
Rasmus' fix to max_execution_time, and that it only seems to affect SMP
machines.
I'll be back with more info as soon as I've got anything substantial.
