Windows configuration problems

Excuse me, I have installed yesterday PHP3 on a NT 4 Workstation, and php worsk fine from command prompt (e.g. "php c:\scriptfile.php3" works), but in my browser I obtain pages with messages like this: Fatal error: Unable to open c:\inetpub\wwwroot/scripts/prova.php3 in - on line 0 No input file specified. How can I correct this slash-slosh incoherency?
