PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: "Forbidden" access to all pages when PHP module loaded
When Apache is compiled with the PHP from the Latest CVS (3.0.4 is the php_version.h [ was 3.0.4-dev
but it changed a few minutes ago] ), one only gets "Forbidden" from all pages.
PHP is being compiled with PostgreSQL and MySQL support.
