Bug description: uploaded files are corrupted
I uploaded a file, and moved it to a new name, to save it. I discovered that the saved file had more
bytes than was reported by the variable $userfile_size. The number of bytes reported by
$userfile_size corresponded to the actual number of bytes in the file. Uploaded Word documents could
not be opened. I discovered by looking at a text document that all newlines had been modified to
carriage returns + new lines.
I used the binary windows distribution.
I did the uploading from the same PC that ran the web-server. It is a serious problem for me if I
cannot upload MS-Word documents.
Kind regards, Frank Tuijnman
