PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: Changing filesize limit in doesn't seem to work

Call the from and uploading a file>2Mb - this will give the
error message "Warning: Max file size exceeded - file [myfile] not saved in
/home/httpd/html/DYN-TLF_PORTAL/test/test.php3 on line 5"
It is not important if the php script contains anything

Changing /etc/httpd/php3.ini entry filesize and restarting
apache does not change anything here!!.
I use apache v. 1.3.6.10
