Bug description: Problem with the getrusage() function
$usage = getrusage();
$usage["ru_utime.tv_usec"];
If I try to do the following in php4b3 I don't get any output.
In php3 it works just fine.
I have compiled php4 with mysql and enable-trackvars, just like I did in php3.
