Dear all,
there seems many problems with CVS and/or rsync:
1. The announcement of PHP 3.0.14 is not mirrored.
2. All mirrors have broken links in the download area.
3. My cvs commit from today does not appear on
http://www.php.net/links.php3 (I use rsync and CVS)
4. If I update CVSROOT nothing is updated. My last entry in cvsusers is
Catharina Paulsen. I expect two more users here.
