Bug description: Session functions block on lock when running Apache single-thread
When running Apache as httpd -X, session module gets stuck ion second call. Strace gives:
open("/tmp/sess_d2574e99227af321f5863b6a7c387c21", O_RDWR) = 6
flock(6, LOCK_EX
and block. Since I see the lock is never removed in the trace, and, moreover, even the locked file
is never closed - seems we have a bug here.
