Removing zend_hash_pointer_*() functions

Hi, We intend to remove the support for the various zend_hash_pointer*() functions; They have no use in PHP 4, and generally lead to error prone code. They also pose a significant performance penalty and clutter the code. These functions are currently used in two modules only - the OCI module and the Interbase module (they were used in the MS-SQL module as well, but I removed it). Thies, can you please take care of the OCI module? Johni, I'm not sure if you're listening, but either way, it seems as if the Interbase module is not at all updated for PHP 4.
