PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Still had to put '-lresolv' specifically in the 'LIBS1=' line
in Makefile
I had to explicitly put a reference to '-lresolv' in the Makefile. I had to do this for
Solaris as well
as Linux 6.1.
