Bug description: open_base_dir doesn't work for link()
I've set the open_base_dir directive in the php.ini (using PHP 4.0).
Indeed, fopen() generate warnings as soon as I try to go out of the base dir, but link() does not. I
can still copy other files from outside base_dir.
