PHP Bug Type: Performance problem
Bug description: Incorrect expression evaluation
The following script prints "$foo == 'r'. This happens in both the module
and CGI versions.
<?php
$foo = 0;
if ( $foo == 'r' ) {
echo "$foo == 'r'\n";
}
?>
