Bug description: strcasecmp() fails if strings not equal length
strcasecmp('ccc','bbb'); CORRECTLY returns 1
strcasecmp('ccc','bbba'); WRONGLY returns -1
strcasecmp('ccc ','bbba'); CORRECTLY returns 1
whitespace padding should be unnecessary
