PHP3 debugger for Win32?

Hi. Quite some time ago I downloadad a PHP3 "debugger" for Win32. Unfortunately it has no help section and I don't remember where I got it from so I'm hoping that you can help me getting it up and running. The executable is called 'dphp.exe' and the prog is written by 'cAkk'. When trying to start and listen I get a "PHP3.INI not found, cannot debug your script!" If you can help me out here I'd really appreciate it. If you have another Win32 application suitable for listening to the PHP debugger such a solution will do just fine as well. TIA.
