Bug #3415: Wont compile

I've scoured your mailing lists and the only person who answered, answered by saying to use the latest CVS....but failed to state that the CVS doesnt even WORK (they left out config.h.in) and even when i use the config.h.in from 3.0.14 it gives the exact same error as above, also it is not distro specific (i.e. SuSe users have reported the same problem.) So what's the deal? Thanks - damaged
