PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: make with iodbc failed and I've found the problem
need to add the line at row 123 after #elif HAVE_IODBC:
# include <iodbc.h>
right before:
# include <isql.h>
this will make it look like the following #elif section which has it in this order.
Without the #define statements in iodbc.h, isql.h and isqlext.h fail miserably.
