I may be asking this question prematurely (without looking too deeply
for the solution, but time limiting). What provisions does PHP have for
Oracle 8i? Is the client interaction diversely different from standard
Oracle 8?
While I am an advocate (and for that matter, official mirror) of MySQL,
and all its flavor, it stills lacks enterprise capabilities related to
multiple redundant database servers and synchronous features. If anyone
is aware of a synchronicity application for MySQL, please do tell.
Best regards,
