php_logo_guid and zend_logo_guid

php_logo_guid() and zend_logo_guid() aren't returning anything because the
constants aren't set. Is the plan to have these functions return the raw
data for the PHP and Zend logos? I'm guessing it would be the same logo
returned by adding ?=PHPE9568F35-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42 to an URL.
