Bug description: Can't find httpd.h
Even though that I have a fresh install of Apache, php can't find httpd.h in the correct
directory. The file is in the include directory, So i've tried /usr/local/apache and
/usr/local/apache/include/. Sorry if this isn't a bug but just someting that i have
overlooked. Thanks
