PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: cybercash.c can't include base64.h
[note: this is with a stock beta 4 source tree but there's no choice for it and the latest CVS
repo 1:15 AM PST won't even configure]
ext/cybercash/cybercash.c tries to include "base64.h" on line 36. With the default
makefile, there is no include path for ext/standard/ so base64.h can't be found.
