module questions

hello php-dev! i am (slowly) finishing off my PHP cryptocard module. 1. i would like to use the functions from the subject line directly from my module. is it possible? i have tried a few things and it compiles cleanly - but i get this message on apache startup. Syntax error on line 247 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: _php_math_longtobase 2. is there any documentation on how to make a module? i've fumbled my way through it so far, but i'd like it if this code was "super production quality", with PHP4 specific code etc. 3. i am still looking for someone to roll my module into the CVS tree on a (bi-)weekly? basis. any volunteers? (about 10k at most). i'd love to see this work make it into the official v4 release, a mechanism for doing strong authentication through PHP can only be a bonus. i would really appreciate some help. thanks avi
