Bug description: compile failure for XML-DOM option
Trying to compile php-4.0b4pl1 (did not see an option in the "PHP Version" select form
for this, perhaps this is the wrong place to report it):
in ext/domxml/domxml.c, lines 651-652: 'mem' has been declared as type xmlChar, and the
plain 'char' definition commented out.
Using RH 6.1, which comes with Gnome's libxml-1.4.0, there is no typedef for xmlChar. Plus,
the variable at issue is used in a call to xmlDocDumpMemory, which in the gnome-xml header files is
defined as being a **char.
