PHP 4.0 Bug #3604: include_path does not work

From: webmaster@paranoia.rulez.org Operating system: Linux 2.2.13 PHP version: 4.0 Beta 4 Patch Level 1 PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash Bug description: include_path does not work first i tried to set "php_value include_path ..." from a .htaccess file. then it has been read into include_path by php, but it said "Failed opening '...' for inclusion" for every file include()'d from that directory. then i tried the same from httpd.conf, then from php.ini. in both cases the result was the same as with .htaccess plus a coredump: Core was generated by `/usr/sbin/apache-ssl'.
