Operating system: Solaris2.6/Linux 2.2 (ALL)
PHP version: 4.0 Beta 4 Patch Level 1
PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Sybase (dblib) module will not compile.
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/lib/mysql --with-apache=../apache_1.3.11 --enable-track-vars
--with-sybase=/usr/local/sybase
make produces the following when it gets to sybase:
sybase.c: In function `php_sybase_do_connect':
sybase.c:260: `list' undeclared (first use in this function)
sybase.c:260: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
sybase.c:260: for each function it appears in.)
sybase.c:261: `plist' undeclared (first use in this function)
sybase.c: In function `php_if_sybase_fetch_object':
sybase.c:952: warning: implicit declaration of function `php_sybase_fetch_hash'
sybase.c: At top level:
sybase.c:907: warning: `php_if_sybase_fetch_hash' defined but not used
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `sybase.lo'
This compiled fine in php-4.0b3. As far as I can tell, the INTERNAL_FUNCTION_PARAMETERS
definition changed between beta3 and beta4, but the sybase module wasn't updated.
