Apologies for sending a duplicate message, but I was using an
old version of 'elm' that set my date to the year 100! So
this message may have been buried deep in your inbox. Here
goes again:

All,
I'm new to the php-dev list...so please be gentle!
I did try searching through the php-dev list archives, but the
search terms I could think of were way to generic.
I'd like to take a C application, and convert it to a PHP Class
or function. However, I'm not much of a C coder, and I'm a relative
PHP beginner (only been using it for about two years.).
Is there any such thing as a "c2php" converter? I know that probably
sounds crazy...but... I understand that if there were such a thing,
it would still mean work on finishing the port.
Specifically, I'm looking to convert the "ipsc" (IP Subnet Calculator)
program into PHP function/classes. I'm working on a "network and
IP hosts" management program in PHP, and don't want to rely on calling
'ipsc' as a system command, then parsing the output (which I've done
successfully...). It's slow and prone to error, and other problems.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
v/r
Shane
