PHP version: 4.0 Beta 4 Patch Level 1
PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: include() now returns FALSE by default
Previously include() returned TRUE if everything went OK, now it returns FALSE unless I explicitly
return TRUE.
index.php:
<?
if(!include("target.html"))
{
print("include of header failed");
}
?>
target.html:
<b>got here</b>
<? return(TRUE); //needed to avoid failure in index.php ?>
