PHP 4.0 Bug #3684: I can't see php4 pages: netscape want to save to disk instead

Netscape wants to download instead of showing pages, which is interesting since I can alter every configuration file: mime.types, httpd.conf, srm.conf ... The php is come from DEB package packaged in daily upgraded Debian woody mirror site.
