FW: [PHP3] configuration failed

O/S : HP-UX 11.0 Apached 1_3_9 PHP 3.0.14 I install Apache OK and now I try to configure, but I have a problem. I attach an error file here: configure: warning: You will need bison if you'd want to regenerate the PHP 3.0 parsers. ./configure[4430]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4433]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4434]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4435]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4436]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4468]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. ./configure[4724]: /opt/apache/bin/: Execute permission denied. configure: error: could not find mail.h in /usr/include ! I think only one error concerned here is mail.h. I don't see this header file under /usr/include. Can I ask what is this file for and how can I get this file or ignore this file by choosing a different module that doesn't need for this file. I appreciated to your help.
