PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: PHPLib 3
Apparently the coding in pdf.c etc was a little half baked. It checks the minor version (the stuff
after the dot in 2.3), and if that version is zero, it uses the old put and execute commands, which
fail during compilation... I changed my PHPLIB_MINORVERSION to 21, to fake having phplib 2.21. This
fixed the compile problem when using the new pdflib 3
