After upgrading libmcal to the cvs version on sourceforge, compile problems stopped, and phpinfo()
shows mcal support enabled.
Apache still segfaults badly on attempts to open a stream using the mstore drivers. A bug report
accordingly with the mcal folks is still open, from Dec 99.
