Bug description: php3.ini line error_reporting not always read.
Hi,
my configuration is Apache 1.3.12 and php 3.0.15 under linux redhat 5.2.
In my php3.in file I have this line : error_reporting = 5
So I can see only normal errors and parser errors.
When I launch for the first time httpd I see the warning with the function file() (file does not
exist).
I restart httpd, the I reload the page and this message dissapear !!
Bye.
