PHP version: 4.0 Beta 3
PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: bug in passing variables by reference in object functions
<?php
class object {
function callme(&$arg) {
echo $arg;
}
}
$ob=new object;
$ob->callme("novariable");
?>
I've seen this crash on php3.0.5 and onwards, but untill now I've had no time to find the
most minimal script that reproduced it. Here it is :)
I'm running php as a module (staticly compiled and as dynamically loaded module) on linux with
apache.
