PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: the function stat($file) don't return any date
the function stat($file) must return an array with some date in it like the last modification date.
But it return nine digit numbers.
I work on win95 with php3.0.14, apache 1.3.9 and Mysql 3.22.29
