PHP version: 3.0.15
PHP Bug Type: dBase related
Bug description: Dbase_create fails to recognize array of arrays
under 4.0b4p1 for apachemodules and standalone binary
dbase_create fails with message
" second parameter must be array of arrays in ... "
this same fcn runs under 3.0.15
and runs correctly under linux rh6.1 with 4.0b4p1
compiler was gcc 2.95.2
